  • Lead the creative strategy for the brand, including paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms, with a deep understanding of how creative drives performance at every stage of the funnel.
  • Act as the creative intelligence layer of the business, deeply understanding customer psychology, category dynamics, and buying motivations.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on HelloNutra’s products, customers, and supplement categories, translating that knowledge into compelling brand and advertising narratives.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market research, analyzing competitor ads, messaging, formats, funnels, creator styles, offers, and positioning to identify opportunities and white space.
  • Stay highly plugged into current and emerging social, cultural, and creative trends, especially across short-form video platforms, and recommend how and when the brand should adopt or avoid them.
  • Anticipate future creative and narrative trends, not just react to what’s currently working, and proactively guide the brand’s creative direction.
  • Define and evolve full-funnel creative frameworks, ensuring consistency and alignment across:
  • Top-of-funnel (belief, curiosity, awareness)
  • Mid-funnel (education, proof, objection handling)
  • Bottom-of-funnel (trust, conversion, retention)
  • Decide what stories the brand tells by developing hooks, angles, themes, and messaging systems that ladder from ads to landing pages to email and SMS.
  • Write detailed creative briefs, hooks, scripts, and concept outlines for UGC creators, designers, and video editors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Buyer, Graphic Designer / Video Editor, and Influencer / UGC (Influencer Marketing) Manager, and Copywriter to ensure creative strategy is executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze creative and funnel performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, engagement, CVR, creative fatigue) and use insights to guide iteration and future strategy.
  • Lead creative testing roadmaps and experimentation, including new narratives, formats, creator archetypes, and messaging approaches.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand voice, regulatory considerations, and platform policies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience leading brand and performance creative strategy for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in supplements, health, wellness, or adjacent CPG categories.
  • Proven ability to translate market insight, trends, and customer psychology into cohesive brand narratives and high-performing advertising creative.
  • Strong understanding of how brand, advertising, and funnel messaging work together to drive growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, creative, and influencer teams.
  • Naturally curious, culturally aware, and genuinely enjoys staying ahead of social and creative trends.
  • Comfortable setting creative direction, making strategic calls, and defending decisions with both insight and data.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently.
  • Passion for consumer psychology, branding, and performance-driven growth.
  • Interest in health, wellness, supplements, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
