We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and dependable corporate paralegal or compliance coordinator to assist with ongoing entity management and corporate filings across several U.S. entities. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining corporate records and compliance calendars
• Preparing annual reports and routine state filings
• Organizing entity and ownership documentation
• Coordinating with registered agents, accountants, and attorneys
• Assisting with general corporate compliance and administration

Ideal candidate:

• Experience with U.S. corporate entity maintenance and compliance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with multi-state filings and ongoing compliance workflows

This is intended to become an ongoing long-term relationship. Estimated workload is approximately 2–8 hours per week initially, decreasing after the initial organization and setup work is completed.
