The Opportunity Our Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO Services team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Controller to support 8–10 nonprofit clients as their trusted financial leader. This role blends accounting, consulting, and leadership—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and partnering with mission-driven organizations. At AAFCPAs, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on each candidate’s specific background and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $112,000 – $ 155,000 per year not inclusive of any bonus potential.
