Technical Scope & Responsibilities You will be responsible for the end-to-end refinement of the core content asset, focusing on the following execution pillars: 1. Identify and ruthlessly eliminate generic text, fluff, or predictable phrasing, ensuring the voice sounds authentic and human. Apply strict formatting standards to keep sentences punchy, direct, and focused entirely on business metrics. 3. Research & Data Substantiation Audit the framework for areas requiring deep industry data or structural validation. Perform targeted research on home service industry benchmarks, operational workflows, and scaling metrics to back up all core claims. 4. Framework Realignment Synthesize historical context files and extensive framework transcripts to use as the absolute source of truth for the methodology. Ensure the foundational thematic elements—modeled around a structural progression system—are seamlessly and consistently integrated through every section of the guide. Requirements for the Strategist Proven experience developing instructional playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or high-value business development guides for the corporate or skilled trades sectors. Exceptional copy-editing skills with a demonstrated ability to strip out conversational filler and replace it with high-impact data. Strong structural planning skills, with the ability to ingest large amounts of historical chat transcripts and extract the core operational rules.
