They are seeking a Content & Social Media Coordinator to manage their content calendar and social media presence, focusing on creating engaging content related to private markets and investing.

Responsibilities

• Post consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, with content tied to what's happening in private markets and investing
• Write the weekly email newsletter, blog posts, and company spotlights. Investor-facing content goes through a compliance review before it goes live (turnaround is typically 3-5 business days, so planning ahead is part of the job)
• Create graphics and short-form visuals for social
• Write and publish SEO pages in our CMS (WordPress or Ghost)
• Track performance and adjust based on what's working

Skills

• 1-3 years in a content or social media role where you owned a channel, not just contributed to one
• LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok presence you're comfortable sharing
• Clean, direct writing — no filler, no corporate language
• Genuine interest in startups, investing, or private markets. You don't need a finance background but you need to care about the subject matter
• Reliable with deadlines and self-directed in day-to-day work
• Experiences in fintech, financial services, or financial media
• Short-form video or Reels experience
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or Ghost
