Job Description

We are seeking Content Moderation Specialists to review user-submitted content across our platform for policy compliance. This role involves access to user account data and potentially sensitive content. A background check is required for all moderation positions.

Responsibilities

• Review user-submitted content against platform community guidelines
• Approve, reject, or escalate content based on established moderation policies
• Access user account details when reviewing flagged or reported content
• Maintain accurate records of all moderation decisions made
• Meet daily content review volume targets set by the moderation team
• Attend regular policy update training sessions to stay current on guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong judgment and ability to apply policy guidelines consistently
• Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior moderation experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Must be a US resident authorized to work in the United States
