We're looking for a Content Designer to join hedgehog lab on a contract basis, shaping the words inside government services so that they're clear, useful, and accessible to everyone who needs them. You'll work from evidence, research findings, analytics, policy documents, to write content that guides users through complex processes without confusion or dead ends. You'll push back on jargon, challenge unnecessary complexity, and advocate for the user when stakeholders default to covering-all-bases language.
