CONTENT & MARKETING COORDINATOR Rate: $15-$20 per hour Estimated weekly hours: 10-20 Location: Remote Responsibilities:

• Post on social media four times a week
• Recruit and Manage classroom contacts and databases
• Track status of new and existing brand deals
• Coordinate details and deliverables of projects with brand clients
• Supervise editors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of their work
• Manage production, development, and marketing calendars
• Handle uploading, packaging, and scheduling of content on YouTube
• Create visual and text-driven marketing assets

Description: We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital media, with a particular interest in children's programming, and wants to learn all facets of how to manage a kids media and entertainment company. This role will shadow the founders of Captain & Cat, learning every aspect of the company -- from content ideation, to media creation, to social media marketing, to sales and outreach, to video and music production, to influencer partnerships, to channel management, and everything in between.
