• Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients across various industries
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting solutions tailored to client needs
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by demonstrating value and building rapport with clients
• Follow up with potential customers via telemarketing to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a commission-based environment
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies
• Ability to work independently from home while maintaining motivation and discipline
• Prior experience in technical sales or customer service roles is a plus
