We are further strengthening our corporate organization on a global level and search a commercial strategy consultant for the group commercial strategy, covering sales and service across the American markets. Working closely with the global commercial leadership team, you will ensure alignment of market-facing initiatives with the company's long-term strategic goals in intralogistics. Your Tasks Drive global commercial strategy Translate insights into strategic action Lead commercial excellence initiatives Oversee and challenge strategy execution Cross-functional leadership & executive influence Your Profile You bring a university degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications You have solid professional experience in commercial strategy consulting or project-based work; exposure to large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) within a sales and service environment, knowing pricing approaches is a strong plus You set strategic directions for long-term initiatives and you steer their execution You have a strong understanding of market analytics and sales and service processes, customer lifecycle management, and market dynamics You apply outstanding analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong implementation capabilities You are highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Office 365 You communicate effectively across all hierarchy levels and you manage stakeholder expectations with confidence You have full business proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
