DXC Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lead to join our Insurance Software business in a role that combines account leadership, growth, and commercial ownership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and shaping commercial success within an established account. You will take ownership of a key client relationship, ensuring strong commercial governance is in place while also identifying and helping unlock new opportunities across the account. This is a brand-new, broad and highly visible role with real scope to make an impact. It offers the chance to shape the position, grow with it, and develop your profile within a strategically important part of the business. We are looking for someone with a strong blend of sales focus, commercial governance experience, and expertise in BPS and transformation. You will need to be confident managing an existing account, passionate about growth, and able to work across multiple stakeholders to turn opportunity into results. What the role will involve: Managing and developing an existing strategic account Driving growth by identifying and supporting new commercial opportunities Bringing strong commercial governance and structure across the account Leading Statements of Work, pricing, deal support, and risk management Working across sales, delivery, and operational teams to help maximise account potential Supporting the growth of Insurance Software, BPS, and transformation-led opportunities within the client environment What we’re looking for: Strong experience in commercial governance and formal account control A sales mindset with the ability to spot and support growth opportunities Experience in BPS, transformation, and Insurance Software services Confidence building relationships and working across a complex stakeholder landscape Energy, ambition, and a genuine passion for helping grow an account Someone excited by the opportunity to step into a new role with scope to shape and develop it What we offer: Competitive compensation and pension scheme Comprehensive benefits, including DXC Select and Perks at Work Continuous learning and development opportunities Flexible working and lifestyle benefits, including Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
