Job Description CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant Flex/Pool Flat rate of $24/hour on weekdays, $25/hr on weekends LifeQuest Nursing Center is located in Quakertown, PA. Assist residents with all aspects of daily living Give excellent service as defined in the individual plan of care Support community of care Provide personal care Maintain the resident environment Support the co-worker team What is required in this position? Current certified nursing assistant certification valid in the state of Pennsylvania. Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous rehabilitation or LTC experience preferred. An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional. Adequate reading, writing, speaking, and hearing skills to perform assignments. What makes LifeQuest unique?
