In this role, you will partner with OB providers, local health departments, and community programs to improve maternal health outcomes and care delivery across your region. What you’ll do

• Analyze program performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with OB providers and local health departments to meet quality and program goals
• Lead meetings to review performance, share insights, and align on action plans
• Provide guidance on best practices, population health, and quality improvement strategies
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clinical and community partners
• Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results
• Support community outreach and engagement activities

What you’ll bring Required

• 3+ years working with maternity populations in an OB or public health setting
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting to clinical audiences
• 2+ years supporting Medicaid populations
• Experience leading discussions, influencing stakeholders, and solving complex problems
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel locally up to 75%

Preferred

• Program or performance management experience
• Knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA, or related quality standards
• Experience in value based or pay for performance programs
