The Opportunity Gravity seeks tenacious and curious professionals for our Climate Strategy department. This department owns the strategic relationship with our customers – partnering with companies to develop and implement their decarbonization goals. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop our best-in-class energy and carbon management technology. Ideal candidates will have a deep hunger for not only structuring and delivering the climate journeys for large enterprises, but also for understanding and refining what value is in a dynamic market; this job involves more than a traditional Customer Success Manager role. Domain expertise is not required, but an exceptional ability to get up to speed on technical domains is. You’ll have opportunities to develop and implement company stances around cutting-edge climate and energy approaches. As an early member of the team, you will play a transformational role in our company culture while laying the groundwork for Gravity's customer success posture and technical profile for years to come.
