You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs. Psychiatrist - Per-Diem coverage, weekdays as needed M-F 8am-5pm (Can be done remotely) Expected Independent Contractor wage range $201 - $252 / Hour (Does not include malpractice insurance) Expected starting Employee wage range $155- $193 / Hour (Includes malpractice insurance) Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance.
