As the Chief of Staff, Strategic Initiatives to the President, PhareOS you will serve as the strategic integrator and execution leader for the PhareOS organization. Acting as the connective force across PhareOS organization and R1’s R37 AI Lab, this role ensures that enterprise priorities, growth strategy, and operational execution move in lockstep across Enterprise Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional partners. • Serve as the primary integrator across Enterprise Deployments, Payer Analytics, Product, Engineering and cross‑functional partners to translate strategy into execution and ensure cross functional accountability.
• Partner with Finance and Product to align growth strategy, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Drive organizational cohesion, transparency, and communication across the business and adjacent corporate teams.

• 12+ relevant strategy experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives with ROI modeling
• Proven executive and board presentation experience
• Strategic and operational orientation, with flexibility and willingness to move seamlessly between hands-on execution and higher-level strategic thinking as needed
