Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in fintech/PSP/high-risk payments Drive key deals and strategic partnerships with PSPs, merchants, and aggregators Lead and structure the commercial, sales, and business development team Represent the company at conferences and industry events, expanding its market presence Build a strong sales pipeline and negotiate high-impact opportunities

Requirements

Experience leading a sales, business development, or commercial team with revenue ownership Deep knowledge of PSPs, payment processing, and high-risk industry operations Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and building strategic partnerships Ability to define and execute commercial strategies across teams Strong public representation skills with negotiation and relationship-building capabilities Languages: English, Russian Experience in fintech Key Soft Skills Ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals Accountability for outcomes with a focus on impact and growth Comfort operating in fast-paced, competitive fintech markets Resilience in handling rejection and shifting priorities Strong problem-solving skills with a bias towards execution
