CFO Mold-Masters/DME

Job Summary: The CFO Mold-Masters/DME is responsible for the financial performance and risk management of the operating companies; to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to the strategy and the ongoing monitoring and development of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate, timely financial results. This role also provides leadership and direction to the organization’s finance team while partnering with senior leadership to drive business results. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals · Advise the executive team on financial planning and business decisions · Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes · Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization · Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) · Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks · Optimize capital allocation and cost efficiency · Build, lead, and mentor the finance team · Perform other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, and applicable laws. Qualifications: Education & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in accounting or finance; and a minimum of 10 years related accounting and controllership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in accounting. · CPA and MBA certifications preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Successfully operate in a global matrix organization across businesses, regions, and hierarchy levels · Strong verbal and written executive-level communication skills · Business finance experience providing strategic and operational guidance to management · Effectively manage and build high performing teams · High level of integrity · Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools · Ability to travel internationally Who we are: DME (www.dme.net) is a leading global manufacturer of mold technology products with worldwide operations.
