Monitoring the conditions of residents and providing updates to the nursing team ? Measuring and documenting the basic vital signs of residents ? Helping residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other basic activities of daily living (ADLs) ? Promoting a clean and safe environment by ensuring best practices in hygiene and by clearing areas of hazards ? Transporting residents around the facility and assisting them with other movements, as needed during the day ? Interacting with residents on a daily basis to keep them engaged, provide comfort, and build trusting relationships ?
