Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The CDI Quality Analyst is critical for the internal audit of CDI processes, including query appropriateness and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role develops actions plans to identify and escalate knowledge gaps to the CDI Educator and CDI leadership team. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Perform audit functions to assess the CDI performance, identify knowledge gaps and assure compliance with all industry standards and departmental policies. Oversee the auditing program to ensure accurate and compliant query practices. Support coworkers as they work to meet CDI quality standards. Analyze findings from reviews to identify trends that do not align with established policies and procedures and shares finding with CDI Education team for growth and development. Act as a resource for the CDI staff on clinical and coding issues.
