Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join our platform as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process. Once Approved, Capital Strategy Analysts

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges Senior Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 90–100
• Pay: $150–$200/hour
• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, fund strategy, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of experience

Lead Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 80–89
• Pay: $100–$150/hour
• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of capital markets, deal execution, or strategic finance experience

Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

• Rating Score: 60–79
• Pay: $50–$100/hour
• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical and strategic finance capabilities

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Capital Strategy Analysts may be engaged for: Capital Strategy & Structuring

• Capital stack design (debt, equity, hybrid structures)
• Fundraising strategy and capital sourcing support
• Transaction structuring and return optimization
• Scenario planning for capital deployment and exits

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• 3-statement financial models
• DCF, LBO, and project-level return modeling
• Commercial real estate underwriting
• Sensitivity, downside, and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Football field and valuation summary materials

Due Diligence & Investment Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
• Risk assessment and downside mitigation
• Investment memo and IC presentation support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning

• Receive category-specific approvals (Capital Strategy, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
• Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin earning immediately through hourly engagements and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly compensation

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
