Minimum Requirements: 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service) Reliable and dependable Experience with data entry and word processing is required Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy Must possess basic computer knowledge Team oriented with a positive, “can do” attitude Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English Hardware/Software RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have your own computer and home office setup that meets the following minimum specifications: Personal computer (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets).
