ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial sales professionals to help us expand our client base across multiple industries. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals with an existing network or experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, or operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify and connect with potential clients across industries
• Build relationships with business owners, founders, and operations leaders
• Present Spring Sisters’ BPO and operations solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing
• Collaborate with our team on proposals and client onboarding

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, staffing, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Existing network in any of the following is a plus:
• Real estate / property management
• E-commerce / retail
• Technology / SaaS
• Hospitality / service businesses
• Healthcare
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals

COMPENSATION

• Commission-based (high earning potential)
• Recurring commission structure (monthly retainers)
