Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Brazil’s energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within power service companies and possess an extensive network of contacts in the energy industry. Reports To: VP International Operations Location: Based in Brazil, with frequent travel within the region as required. Application Requirement: Applicants are requested to submit their resumes in English. Position Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Brazilian energy market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the power sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings in Brazil.

Required Qualifications

More than 10 years of experience in business development roles within power service companies. Strong network of contacts in the Brazilian energy sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in the energy industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred.
