About the Position The Business Development Executive – UAE Partnerships (remote, based in South Africa) is responsible for building and growing Nestify's referral partner network within the Dubai property market. This role owns the full partnership cycle, from identifying and approaching the right contacts, to earning their trust, securing signed agreements, and converting them into a consistent source of new business. You will work across a variety of professional profiles within the Dubai property ecosystem and will be equipped with a clear playbook, scripts, and all the tools you need to execute. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role that requires strong outbound discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver results independently. The Partnership Development Agent reports to the Sales Manager and plays a key role in driving Nestify's growth across the UAE market. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential referral partners across multiple professional channels in the Dubai market Reach out through multiple channels and present the Nestify partnership programme Build and maintain strong relationships, moving partners from first contact to active referral status Handle objections and answer questions using provided scripts and materials Secure signed partnership agreements Log all activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM Coordinate the handoff of referred clients to the Nestify sales team What We Are Looking For Minimum 5/7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or account management Proven track record in outbound outreach and relationship building Highly organised and self-managed, with the ability to work independently and deliver results without daily supervision CRM experience and comfort with logging activity and managing a pipeline Fluent written and spoken English to a professional standard Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously Working Days and Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UAE Time) Location: Remote, South Africa Schedule: Full-Time What Nestify Offers Competitive base salary with commission Work in a global team of highly motivated and talented individuals Generous leave entitlement A company culture that values loyalty, hard work, dedication, high performance and work life balance Opportunities to grow your career and develop new skills
