OverviewAs a Business Analyst III, you’ll contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help transform and maintain financial applications that support Chick-fil-A’s philanthropic areas. You will serve as the primary technical owner and trusted partner between Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) and the Philanthropic Financial Services (PFS) team. You will ensure the stability and evolution of the PFS financial ecosystem, which includes Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, and Adaptive Insights. In this role, you don't just gather requirements; you are a hands-on technical steward responsible for the health of complex integrations, SQL-based data troubleshooting, and the seamless flow of financial data across cloud platforms. You will collaborate daily with engineering pods and external partners to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
