Business Operations Coordinator Location: Cypress, CA Fully On-Site Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST Job Type: Full‑Time Pay Rate: $23/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Outreach — Complete 60+ outbound calls daily and schedule appointments via phone, mail, fax, electronic systems, and field coordination.
• Appointment Coordination — Partner with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — Share assignment details with onshore and offshore teams to support retrieval workflows.
• Provider Support — Respond to provider questions, research updates, and provide status information.
• Inbound Call Handling — Support inbound calls and manage internal and external correspondence.
• Productivity Management — Maintain high output to meet daily, weekly, and project deadlines.
• Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot provider concerns, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Quality Compliance — Follow project protocols and maintain a minimum 90% quality score.
• Special Projects — Complete additional assignments as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage high‑volume outbound calling
• Experience working with healthcare providers preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams
