Overview

Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation, system updates, processing budgets & contracts, document storage, internal budgets updates and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce, and general overall support. Process proposal budgets for product updates Support senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets. Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting. Participate in departmental initiatives. Perform all other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field / Fresh university graduated 1 years’ experience in administrative or healthcare environment Knowledge and functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Advanced English (with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO and Sales Excellent attention to detail required.
