We are looking for a US based brand writer or brand messaging strategist to help us develop stronger brand positioning for three automotive outdoor accessory brands in the US market. Our products are in the automotive outdoor travel and cargo accessory space, including use cases related to off road travel, camping, road trips, vehicle storage, and outdoor lifestyle. We can provide: product line information basic customer profiles brand vision and direction existing brand materials if needed Based on the materials we provide, we want someone who can: conduct light market research on the US automotive outdoor accessory space understand the competitive language and brand tone in this category create custom slogans for 3 brands help refine our brand foundations and key messaging improve our brand recognition, professionalism, and market presence This is not a general content writing job. We are specifically looking for someone who understands brand strategy, slogan writing, positioning, and consumer facing messaging for the US market. What we are looking for Native level or highly fluent English writing ability Strong experience in brand messaging, slogan development, and brand copywriting Ability to turn product features and business goals into clear brand language Familiarity with the US automotive, outdoor, camping, off road, or travel accessory market is a strong plus Able to do focused research and turn insights into actionable brand recommendations Experience working with consumer brands, preferably in lifestyle, automotive, outdoor, or gear categories Scope of work The initial scope may include: Reviewing the materials we provide for 3 brands Doing light competitor and market language research Creating several slogan directions for each brand Explaining the logic behind each direction Helping us improve the core brand elements and overall messaging system Deliverables we expect Please note that the exact deliverables can be discussed, but ideally we are looking for: 3 tailored brand slogan recommendations, one set for each brand multiple slogan options for each brand brief rationale for each slogan direction messaging suggestions to strengthen differentiation, clarity, and professionalism optional input on brand tone, positioning, and core message structure Please apply if you can share relevant work samples in brand naming, slogans, messaging, or positioning explain your experience with US consumer brands tell us whether you have worked with automotive, outdoor, gear, or lifestyle products before describe how you would approach slogan development and brand messaging refinement We prefer someone who can think strategically, not just write catchy lines.
