We're partnering with a clinician-owned and operated ABA organization, to find a talented remote, hybrid, or onsite BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This is an ongoing position starting with a 27-52 week contract, supporting client needs across various locations. There is no application deadline for this role. *BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst* *Responsibilities*:

• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies, adjusting as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and licensure requirements related to behavior analysis.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience designing and executing behavior intervention plans.
