Biologist (AI Training Project) Work Snapshot

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated biology responses for accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
• Analyze step-by-step problem-solving approaches and identify logical or conceptual errors
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI model outputs
• Fact-check biological information across domains such as molecular, cellular, and systems biology
• Write high-quality biological explanations and model answers demonstrating correct methodology
• Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning
• Create detailed prompts and responses to train and improve AI models
• Test AI systems for biases, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies to ensure reliability

Requirements

• Education: MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or related life sciences (preferably from a top 100 university)
• Strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology, physiology, disease and health fundamentals, along with familiarity in computational, systems, evolutionary, or wildlife biology
• Experience developing or reviewing complex biology content such as research notes, textbooks, proofs, or problem sets, combined with strong fact-checking skills using reliable public sources
• Proven research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent analytical and English writing skills with the ability to clearly explain complex biological concepts and translate theory into practical insights
