  • Handle bilingual (Spanish/English) customer inquiries by devising innovative responses to questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns.
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary.
  • Assist with requests for support or possible payment processing.
  • Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting.
  • Provide feedback on call issues to improve service quality.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives as outlined.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Basic familiarity with Windows-based systems and desktop computers
  • Customer service and/or sales background preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required

  • Stable connection with no packet loss, ping under 50ms
  • No satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed required
