Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English)

Join a Global Customer Support Team We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both German and English to join a growing international support team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional support across multiple communication channels. What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide assistance to customers through voice, chat, email, and ticket-based support channels. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Assisting customers with account access, account management, and general support requests Responding to customer questions via phone, chat, email, and support tickets Investigating and resolving customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction Accurately documenting customer interactions and case notes Following established procedures and escalation processes Maintaining service quality and productivity standards Schedule Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CET/CEST (German Time) Please note that business hours may change in the future based on operational requirements. Training Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Approximately 4 to 5 weeks Compensation $8.00 USD per hour Paid weekly (in arrears) Full-time opportunity Fully remote work environment Long-term growth potential Technical Requirements (Essential) To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below: Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) 12–16 GB RAM Dual monitors Webcam Fibre internet with a wired connection Backup power solution Microsoft Teams / Office 365 Applications that do not meet the minimum technical requirements may not move forward in the process. Hiring Process Our hiring process includes multiple stages to ensure the right fit for both the role and the client environment.
