• Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and reliable Bilingual Customer Support & Sales Support Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This role combines customer communication, lead follow-up, and sales support responsibilities. You will communicate with potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and support our business development efforts in the U.S. and Latin American markets. This is a fully remote part-time position with flexible scheduling and long-term growth potential.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with potential customers
• Communicate with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and messaging
• Support sales activities by assisting with quotations and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Track and update lead status and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and follow-up
• Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, especially on the phone
• Comfortable making outbound calls and customer follow-ups
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Patient and professional in customer communication
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
