You will lead the migration of legacy reporting systems to modern BI platforms while delivering actionable analytics to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and migrate dashboards and reports from legacy BI platforms to Tableau and Power BI.
• Design and develop informative analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Create BI semantic layer data models within Tableau and Power BI.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements and generate technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence tools and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills.
• Proven experience with data mapping and requirement gathering.
• Ability to manipulate raw data into effective visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to communicate end-to-end data outcomes through visual storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Tableau Server Administration experience.
• Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Desktop Specialist, or Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate certifications.
