Behavioral Health UX Discovery Lead

Remote · Hong Kong Full-time

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Behavioral Health UX Discovery Lead at Cigna. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the discovery and development of user experience solutions for our behavioral health products. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in improving the lives of our customers by designing innovative and user-friendly solutions. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in behavioral health and a deep understanding of user experience principles. Lead the discovery and development of user experience solutions for Cigna's behavioral health products. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and behaviors to inform UX designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize user experience opportunities. Use human-centered design principles to develop innovative and user-friendly solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the behavioral health industry, including current trends and best practices. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on UX designs. Ensure all UX designs meet accessibility and usability standards. Manage and mentor a team of UX designers. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into the behavioral health products. Keep up-to-date with the latest UX design tools and techniques to continuously enhance the user experience. Present UX solutions to leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency of brand and messaging in UX designs. Identify and address any potential usability issues to optimize the overall user experience. Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of UX designs and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements. Cigna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
