What the Role Involves

• Developing and overseeing individualised, assent-based treatment plans
• Supervising and supporting RBTs in delivering high-quality ABA services
• Using data to guide clinical decisions and track meaningful client progress
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining BACB ethical and professional standards throughout

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
