• Maintain detailed database case notes on all customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1-2 years of automotive parts counter experience required
• Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking
• PC/Keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Additional automotive parts training or certification is a plus
