We are seeking a passionate and eager-to-learn Associate Producer to assist with the management of The Volume’s network of YouTube channels with a specific focus on football and basketball. This person should have basic video editing and photoshop skills, and will also help us create a positive, collaborative work environment. What You’ll Do:

• Produce dynamic YouTube thumbnails for a large digital audience
• Write captivating titles and descriptions to drive viewership to Volume show content
• Edit full show episodes and breakout segments for quick turnaround for YouTube and daily population of the channel
• Potentially act as fill-in for lead producer if shooting or editing is needed
• Curate and maintain YouTube shorts and community pages
• Work in coordination with show producers and digital department leads to craft channel strategy and style

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on Premiere Pro and Photoshop is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work produced
• Ability to shoot an interview is preferred
• Deep sports knowledge, specifically football and basketball, required

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
