The Associate Manager, Long Term Disability Operations is responsible for a team that works in collaboration with our national regional offices to deliver strategic, best-in-class disability management services. Reporting to the Director of Disability Operations, this Associate Manager role is accountable for the effective delivery of the LTD team . Referenced Salary Location CAN, British Columbia - Full Time Remote Working Arrangement Remote Salary range is expected to be between $73 725,00 CAD - $122 875,00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
