What You Will Do: Develop, design and manage the technical component of engagements and solutions that align with business requirement Managing resources that will build and configure RPA deployments and Conversational AI models to improve their accuracy and efficiency Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to technical implementations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide AI-based solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and define technical requirements of solutions What You Will Need: Bachelors degree A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industry Proven experience designing and implementing RPA and Conversational AI solutions Demonstrated understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including entity recognition, intent classification, and sentiment analysis Knowledge of chatbot design principles and user experience (UX) best practices to create engaging and user-friendly conversational interfaces Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration of the various platforms Ability to travel up to 75% What Would Be Nice To Have: Proficiency in Kore.ai SmartAssist is highly preferred Previous working experience in a traditional consulting environment #LI-DNI The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
