Role Description: Aderant is looking for a Business Systems Administrator to join the Business Systems team responsible for tasks related to the maintenance and optimal performance of Salesforce, Atlassian, and additional financial management/professional services systems. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of these systems to design creative solutions, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to elevate our systems and processes. The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the platforms mentioned, as well as continuous improvement to accelerate market growth. You will work closely with the entire Business Systems team and stakeholders across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and more. Responsibilities: Serve as a systems administrator and technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Atlassian, Sage Intacct, NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, Gong, Ironclad and additional financial management/professional services platforms Manage day-to-day system administration activities, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, integrations, and data updates. Execute system configuration changes and maintenance activities in alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and change management processes. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, user guides, release notes, and support procedures. Maintain system security and access controls by ensuring users have appropriate permissions based on role, responsibility, and business need. Collaborate with the Business Systems team to prioritize requests, manage backlog items, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enable operational efficiency and market growth. Qualifications: 1-3 years experience as a Systems Administrator Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing platform and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Salesforce Administrator certification Experience with CRM, ERP or related applications
