• Provide legal representation for clients before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
• Conduct USCIS interviews and manage removal defense for detained and non-detained clients
• Develop strategies for asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and other immigration relief
• Review and sign legal documents
• Research on immigration issues
• Communicate with clients with professionalism and empathy
• Present arguments in court

• Strong academic record
• Experience in Immigration Law and Legal Document Preparation for Immigration Court
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Proficiency with Westlaw or Lexis
• Familiarity with Bluebook citation format
• Ability to analyze complex statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Prior immigration law experience
• Fluency in Spanish is required
