• *About the Project GLP-1 School is a new health and nutrition content site focused on helping people on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound) eat better, manage side effects, and get the most from their treatment. We're building the go-to resource for GLP-1 companion nutrition — not a medical site, but a practical, evidence-based nutrition guide for real people navigating these medications. All content will be reviewed by a Registered Dietitian before publication.
• *What We're Looking For A freelance writer with health/nutrition writing experience who can produce long-form, SEO-optimized articles (1,500–3,000+ words) on topics including - What to eat (and avoid) on specific GLP-1 medications - Meal plans and recipes for GLP-1 users - Managing common side effects through diet (nausea, constipation, muscle loss) - Protein optimization, hydration, and micronutrient gaps on GLP-1s - GLP-1-friendly product and supplement reviews
• *Requirements - Proven health, nutrition, or wellness writing samples (clips required) - Ability to write in an accessible, friendly voice — not clinical, not clickbait - Comfortable working from detailed article briefs with target keywords, structure, and source guidance - Strong research skills — must be able to cite peer-reviewed studies and authoritative sources - Understanding of on-page SEO (H2/H3 structure, keyword placement, meta descriptions) - Reliable turnaround 1–2 articles per week, delivered within 5–7 business days per piece
