Minimum Job Requirements High School Diploma (College degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant speciality area Experience with Cerner Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook General Skills Team player Independent thinker and problem-solver Commitment to core values of Team, Integrity, Growth, and Innovation
