This position will play a pivotal role in supporting our Travel Nursing and Allied Health divisions, ensuring that healthcare settings are staffed with top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities  Employ consultative selling techniques to establish relationships and align healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities.  Proactively attract and retain high-quality candidates, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their assignments.  Build and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term success.  Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet the dynamic needs of clients and candidates.
