Responsibilities:  Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives.  Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including:  Facebook and Google Ads  Direct mail campaigns  Local yard sign distribution  Grassroots marketing and business development plans  Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively.  Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level.  Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed.  Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees.
