Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations in the Asia-Pacific region for Corteva. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives. Manage and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance. Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings. Develop and monitor budget and financial targets for manufacturing operations. Oversee supply chain and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and resources. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve manufacturing operations. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing team. Represent Corteva in external forums and build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations for manufacturing operations. Collaborate with global manufacturing leaders to share best practices and drive consistency across regions. Drive a culture of safety and sustainability in all manufacturing operations.
