Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining Android mobile applications using Kotlin Working on technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features Collaborating with product, backend, QA, and design teams to identify and clarify business requirements Developing scalable, stable, and maintainable mobile solutions Integrating Android applications with backend services and third-party APIs Performing code review and ensuring code quality standards within the team Writing unit, integration, and UI tests for implemented functionality Optimizing application performance, stability, and user experience Participating in Scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives Writing clean, modular, and maintainable code Supporting and mentoring team members Requirements 3+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin Strong experience developing native Android applications Understanding of Android application lifecycle and Jetpack components Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and design patterns Experience with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow/StateFlow, Retrofit, OkHttp, and Dagger/Hilt/Koin Experience with Room and local data storage solutions Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services Working experience with Git, Gradle, and Android Studio Knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines and Material Design principles Understanding of asynchronous programming and memory management Experience writing unit and UI tests Will be a plus Experience with Jetpack Compose Experience with Firebase and Google services Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications Experience with app performance optimization and crash analysis Experience in fintech or high-load mobile products Knowledge of modern Android development best practices We offer 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list Medical insurance Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
