Key Responsibilities

Multichannel Support Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Qualifications

Basic Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Communication Fluent in English (written and verbal) with an ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Technical Setup Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Availability Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer volume. Preferred Skills A "Customer Obsessed" mindset—you enjoy helping people and solving puzzles. Strong "Computer Fluency"—comfort switching between multiple browser tabs and software programs quickly.
